ZENkracht Complaints process

In the event of a complaint about a treatment, we will initially discuss it directly with you and try to resolve it to your satisfaction.

You also have the option of engaging an independent complaints officer. This can provide support in formulating the complaint or in the event of dissatisfaction and helps in seeking solutions. The therapist has the right to be informed of this. This practice is affiliated with Quasir for this purpose.
